A spicy, sweet, garlicy dressing sure to make a regular appearance on your salads.

Gochujang Salad Dressing

Makes about 0.50 c

Gochujang salad dressing is something that I throw together every few weeks. It comes together quickly and is very flavorful. Toss it on a salad or on some cut vegetables for a quick side dish. This is not a sponsored post, the picture shows only what products I had on hand when I made the salad dressing.

Recipe Tips:

1. The dressing keeps for 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
 

Ingredients

3 T gochujang

2 T soy sauce

2 T rice vinegar

1 T apricot preserves, sugar, honey or maesil

1 T sesame oil

1 T fish sauce

2 garlic clove, grated

1 t Asian hot mustard or Dijon mustard

0.50 - 1 t gochugaru

0.50 t ginger, grated

0.25 t kosher salt

0.25 t ground black or white pepper

Recipe Know-how

1.      In a medium mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients well.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

  • Refrigerate 30 mins – 1 hr to allow the flavors to meld.

2.      Toss with salad greens.

3.      Serve.
